The Mesa Hills Home Owners Association is located in Cedar City, Utah on the prestigious Leigh Hill. Mesa Hills is adjacent to the Lake at the Hills and the Cedar City Aquatic Center.
Mesa Hills Homeowners Meetings will be held at the Cedar City Aquatic Center Multipurpose Room and are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:00 PM. Call 435-463-7002 to have an item put on the agenda for a meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend!

Dues
If you own a home in Mesa Hills the dues amount is $120.00. If you own a lot, the amount is $72.00. Annually billing takes place in September of each year. Send payments to P.O. Box 2563, Cedar City, Utah 84721. All dues that are not paid on properties by October 31st each year are charged a 10% late fee, plus $80 lien fee and the property will have a lien placed on it.

All Solar Panel installations in Mesa Hills must first be brought to the Board for approval. There is a new application to install panels on this web site.
